Battlefront Miniatures has announced that they are going to be returning to Early War for Flames Of War with a brand new, updated Blitzkrieg book alongside new Starter Sets and Starter Forces to get you going with Early War World War II in 15mm.

This all starts with the new Blitzkrieg book, which will cover the German, French and British forces fighting during this Early War period. You'll find in-depth historical information about the various units to help inspire your armies, alongside numerous painting and basing guides.

This marks a long-awaited return to the Early War period, which hasn't been actively supported for eight and a half years. This should give you a good excuse to zone in on 1940 and the Invasion of France with some new army projects.
